Are you passionate about making a positive impact on lives affected by addiction? Our client is committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and reclaim their lives. They believe in a holistic approach that combines evidence-based practices with empathy and understanding. They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Drug Recovery Program Manager to lead the Reintegration program's daily function and overall operation.
Your Role: Director of Outpatient Program Services

They believe in a holistic approach that combines evidence-based practices with empathy and understanding. They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director to be responsible for daily activities and supervision of outpatient program services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide training and supervision of all clinical staff.
- Ensures programs function with clinical integrity and maintains compliance with licensure standards, policies and procedures, HIPAA, and all applicable confidentiality laws.
- Oversee the outcome-driven planning, implementation and evaluation of programs.
- Conducts searches for relevant funding opportunities.
- Development of and writing contracts in connection with operational staff, as well as grants to submit for funding, employment, and training.
- Analyze program data to determine the impact of programs and plan strategically.
- Assures programs are performing for value-based payment structure
- Evaluate and implement evidence-based clinical and psychoeducational curricula and best practices for all programs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drug recovery or related field
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Compassion and dedication to supporting individuals on their recovery journey
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Minimum Education: LCSW
- Minimum Experience: 3 years experience in supervising behavioral health services program.
- Registration: Advanced CASAC and/or Master level QHP
- Preferred: Master-level QHP with CASAC- Advanced
